On the 26th November seven club members,their partners and friends flew to Malta and spent a very enjoyable five days exploring this fine island and the adjoining island of Gozo.

It has been customary for the club to visit a European city every autumn and for many of us it was a first trip to this part of the world.

The weather climbed to a lovely 22 degrees which contrasted starkly to the freezing conditions greeting our return to Stansted.
